A Note from the Board

Thank you to all who came out to our event last week despite the snow. We trust that you gained insight from the presentation given by Jim Lee, from StratFi, on Investing in Emerging Technologies.

We are gearing up for our 2nd Annual Idea Challenge and hope that you will be able to join us on February 18th! We are thrilled to partner with our event sponsor, 1313 Innovation, who will be hosting the event and we anticipate a full house. Our teams are rounding out and we look forward to seeing the solutions that will arise as they collaborate and master mind their ideas on behalf of Wilmington.

Best regards,

Rick Sommer

2015 Idea Challenge
The Technology Forum of Delaware is holding our 2nd Annual Idea Challenge on February 18, 2015. The Idea Challenge is a battle between multi-skilled ad-hoc teams of 5-6 people that demonstrates how collaboration and teamwork can result in innovation and “truly great ideas”.

This event is a high energy, entertaining and motivating two
hours dedicated to discovering how new technology can solve old and far too familiar problems. The Idea Challenge is for everyone who loves to see how innovation, tech trends and futuristic thinking can be combined with creativity and passion …. and it’s for everyone who believes that we can  make a difference through the creative application of today’s most innovative technology.

“Attending the Idea Challenge will inspire everyone to see our future very differently.  Your head will be spinning, your heart racing and you may never consider old problems as unsolvable every again.” promised Rebecca Faber board member of the Tech Forum and event co-organizer.

The event is not just for start-ups or angel investors - the Idea
Challenge is for everyone who loves to see how innovation, tech trends and futuristic thinking can be combined with creativity and passion. It's for everyone who believes that we can make a difference in Delaware through the creative application of today’s most innovative technology. Click here to learn more and register.
