Tech Forum October 2015 Update

A Note from the Board

Tech Forum is preparing a report on the “State of the Technology Community in Delaware” - a frank and honest assessment of the most important factors driving Delaware’s tech community. This ambitious review will examine four critical pillars - Talent, Collaboration & Support, Funding, and Reputation - and provide a benchmark on the key issues that lead to a vibrant and thriving environment for growth and innovation.

Please join us to lend your voice to the lively discussion on November 18th, where an expert in each pillar will take a hard look at where we are today, and provide insights, new data, and analysis to make us think about the path forward.  See below for more details and to register for Tech in Delaware: Where Are We Going?

Best regards,

Rick Sommer
President, Technology Forum of Delaware

'Don't let other people define us,'" said Kadeija Griffin, a student at Delaware Technical Community College, after listening to University of Delaware Acting President Nancy Targett's keynote address. "That happens to me a lot. People pressure you, 'You can't do this, you can't do that.' And they stereotype community college kids. And I like something else she said: 'Go big or go home.'"
