Greg Gurev (Moderator)
Greg is Head Sherpa and CEO of MySherpa which provides security solutions to small and medium companies (25-500 employees) in addition to managed IT services. His company serves the Greater Metro Philadelphia region and has been helping companies since 2001 plan and guide a successful course to their summit.
 
MySherpa serves regulated industries and provides compliance solutions including data security audits, access controls, password management, security information and event management.  These types of services can be required by HIPAA, SOX, PCI and other regulatory bodies for ongoing compliance.
 
Greg is a member of InfraGard which is a partnership between the FBI and the private sector dedicated to sharing information and intelligence to prevent hostile acts against the U.S.  He is also a past president of the Technology Forum of Delaware, and an active member of both Southern NJ and Delaware Construction and Financial Management Associations (CFMA).

Carl N. Kunz, III (“Chuck”)
Chuck is a partner in the Wilmington office of Morris James LLP where he co-chairs the firm’s Data Privacy and Information Governance Group and also represents creditors in business bankruptcy cases and related litigation.

As co-chair of Morris James’ Data Privacy group, Chuck advises business clients on data management techniques, appropriate protection and disposal of documents and records containing personally identifiable information and, development of appropriate website privacy policies and terms of use.  Along with other members of the group, Chuck helps counsel directors and officers of Delaware corporations on appropriately exercising fiduciary duties in the realm of data privacy and information governance.
 
Recently, Chuck has published several articles relating to new Delaware privacy laws including a recent article on three new Delaware privacy laws that affect business.  He’s a member of the Delaware State Bar Association, American Bar Association and the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
  
Robert F. Sabol, CIC, CWCA
Bob is Vice President and Risk Management Advisor for Lyons Companies. He joined Lyons in July 2004 as a Risk Management Advisor specializing in enterprise risk management, alternative risk financing, corporate insurance and employee benefit program design and implementation for middle market clients. Bob earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Delaware and his Master of Arts from Villanova University. Since joining the firm, he has earned his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified Work Comp Advisor (CWCA) designations. Bob’s focus is Commercial Lines Property & Casualty and Employee Benefits.         
 
Prior to joining Lyons, Bob had a 25 year career in performance management and team building at Swarthmore College, Villanova University and the University of Delaware. Additionally, he was co-owner and managing director of his own business, operating instructional camps in Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Georgia and Florida.
 
Bob continues to be active in the community, serving on several boards and committees including: Wilmington Senior Center, Delaware Foundation for Reaching Citizens with Cognitive Disabilities (DFRC), and Associated Builders and Contractors of Delaware.
          
James Sproat
James is an Information Security and Services Consultant with extensive experience in Information Security, and over 25 years in the IT industry. With a breadth of technology skills, including networks, operating systems, databases and application management, James has provided services in various industry sectors such as hospitals, pharmaceutical, transportation, financial firms, and other health care, and municipal government entities. Jim knows what it takes to keep on the path to compliance. 
       
James works for MySherpa performing data security audits which provide clients with a comprehensive review of their data security practices in place, and change recommendations to meet compliance requirements. His primary focus is HIPAA and PCI compliance. His accomplishments include building a highly successful security division for a Maryland based IT firm.
